A residential building in the Moghrabi neighborhood , , a building for preservation with various elements from the Mandate period. In order to maintain a uniform street facade, it is possible to build 9 floors of residences, with commercial spaces and hotels for both domestic and foreign tourists on the ground floor.
In the planning process, we utilized existing elements of preservation to create entrances with a combination of steel and concrete technology. Additionally, we chose to incorporate stone as an additional, tranquil pattern to connect with the various types of existing stone in the structure. The movement of the floors generates spacious balconies, many of which have the potential to be used for Sucha.
Furthermore, the movements were created to emphasize the enchanting alleys of the Moghrabi neighborhood.
